Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all food items that have been dispatched from our online bakery are final sale and non-returnable. We are unable to accept returns once the items have left our premises.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued if the product is deemed not edible or defective, and must be supported with clear photo or video proof within 24 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to assess the claim before processing any refund.
